Our Pet Policy

We allow dogs, cats, and service animals (all must be housebroken; no breeding). Certain breeds are prohibited (e.g., German Shepherds, Akitas, Chow mixes, American Bulldogs, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, Rottweilers, wolf‑dog hybrids, Pit‑bull terriers, Presa Canario, or Canary dogs if 50%+ of the mix). One‑time non‑refundable pet fee: $250 per pet. Monthly pet rent: $40 for the first pet, $20 for the second. Maximum of 2 pets per unit.
